Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon (heaping)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. canola oil
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1/2 c. nuts, pecans or walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.
Mix in remaining ingredients, adding grated carrots gradually, while mixing at medium speed.
Pour batter into 3 floured 8-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 - 35 minutes - do not overbake.
