Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and juice with gelatin. Bring to boil in saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool completely. Stir in buttermilk and fold in whip topping. Pour into 2 1/2-quart Pyrex dish. Cover and chill overnight.
