Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 large mushrooms
3/4 to 1 lb. sausage
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cut mushroom stems out of caps.
Dice mushroom stems and onion. Brown sausage in skillet.
Drain sausage, all except 2 tablespoons of grease.
Saute onion and sausage in grease.
Mix mushroom mixture, bread crumbs and cheese.
Stuff mushroom caps and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
