Low Fat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas, crushed
    1/2 c. dried dates, chopped
    1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
    2 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/3 c. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
