Black-Eyed Peas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed peas
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation

Layer ground beef; mix with onions and pepper in bottom of glass casserole dish. Mix peas and tomatoes together and pour over ground beef. Mix cornbread according to package and pour over peas and tomatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
