Peanut Butter Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (dry)
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Add peanut butter and mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May substitute extra cracker or bread crumbs for eggs.
