Baked Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boneless chicken breast
1 can drained pineapple (bite size)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
Preparation

Cut small bite size chicken breast (boneless or cut off bone) to generously cover bottom of baking dish.
Add drained pineapple over the chicken, then the Russian salad dressing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This will be juicy.
Serve over rice.
