Pecan Cheese Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Grate cheese while cold.
    Leave cheese and margarine out until room temperature.
    Mix with mixer until well blended.
    Add flour, pecans and cayenne pepper.
    Mix until blended.
    Divide into 4 (1-inch) rolls.
    Chill 1 hour or overnight.
    Slice.
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not brown.
