Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw sausage
    1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix sausage, bisquick and room temp cheese together. May need to add a few drops of water. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 50 balls. Freezes well.
