Broccoli-Cheese-Rice Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cut
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Defrost broccoli, drain.
    Combine broccoli, butter, rice and cheese.
    Combine egg, milk, spices and onion.
    Stir into broccoli. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart souffle dish.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on 70% power 10 to 12 minutes.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
