Golden Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe butter recipe golden cake mix
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
2 large eggs, beaten slightly
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 24 muffin cups.
Combine dry cake mix, oats and salt in bowl.
Beat together milk, eggs and butter.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with honey or jam.
