Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sweet butter
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

Draw butter and let congeal.
Beat butter for 10 to 15 minutes until light and fluffy. Add flour.
Work with hands until smooth. If too sticky, add a little more flour.
