Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, well drained
Preparation
    Mix 4 ingredients together and pat on waxed paper.
    May coat with 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans).
    Chill, covered, in refrigerator.
    (Lasts up to 5 days.)
