Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 pork chops
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Sear chops on both sides in a little hot oil.
    Add veggies, tomato soup and about 1/4 cup water to rinse can.
    Cover; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer until veggies are tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
