German Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) bar Baker's German's sweet chocolate
    2 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. softened margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 whole eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water. Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in softened margarine. Add milk and vanilla.
    Mix to dampen flour. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed by mixer. Add eggs, yolk and chocolate. Beat 1 minute longer.
    Grease and flour tube and sides of a 10-inch tube pan.
    Pour batter in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
    Remove and let cool completely before glazing.
