Lo-Fat Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cold skim milk
1/4 c. flour
1 c. hot turkey broth
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
mushrooms, lightly sauteed or canned
salt and pepper
Preparation

Blend skim milk with flour until smooth.
Blend in the broth. Bring to boil and cook 1 minute.
Set aside.
