Roasted Red Peppers - cooking recipe

4 to 5 red peppers
Preparation

Roast at 325\u00b0 on baking sheet for 45 minutes (approximately), turning until all sides are shriveled (not black!)
Break peppers, allowing juice to run in bowl.
Skin and slice peppers.
Add to juice in bowl, salt.
Add 2 cloves garlic.
Refrigerate overnight. To serve:
Arrange on platter; sprinkle with oregano, olive oil and ground pepper.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
