Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pinto beans
    onion, chopped
    carrot, chopped
    salt and pepper
    chicken broth
    some water
    red pepper
    celery, chopped
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Pour water off.
    Add chicken broth and some water to cover.
    Add chopped onion, celery and carrot.
    Add red pepper and cook until nearly done, salt and pepper finish cooking.
