Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 lemon*
4 eggs
1/4 lb. oleo
1/4 c. sweet milk
1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

*Grate all lemon rind in a small bowl and squeeze all lemon juice in with grated rind (approximately 1/4 cup).
