Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta or Cheddar)
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion.
    Drain and mix with mixed vegetables. Stir in cheese until melted.
    Add mayonnaise.
    Pour in dish and top with crushed crackers.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crackers are golden brown.
