Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. packed parsley leaves
3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
5 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Preparation

Blend to a puree.
Transfer to bowl and fold in whipped cream. Chill up to 4 hours.
