Oriental Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Combine meat, pepper, water and garlic.
    Shape into 6 patties. Brown hamburgers in heated oil in frying pan, 3 minutes each side.
    Combine ginger, soy sauce, water chestnuts and honey.
    Pour ginger mixture over hamburgers in pan and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, turning often.
