White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour, shortening and 2/3 cup milk.
    Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add the remaining milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Blend at medium for 2 minutes more.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
