Italian Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
4 tsp. chopped green onion
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/2 can Italian tomato sauce
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
Place cheese and onion on each breast and fold chicken over cheese and onion. Secure with toothpicks.
Dip into eggs and crumbs.
Place in baking dish.
Pour sauce over to cover chicken and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
