Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans, mixed with 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (save enough to sprinkle on top of icing, optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes. Cool before icing.
