Lo-Cal Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. green pepper
1 c. low sodium V-8 juice
1 tomato, diced
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown turkey; drain.
Add veggies and V-8.
Put in glass dish. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Top with cheese.
