Ritz Cookie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    26 Ritz crackers
    1 c. nuts, chopped (pecans or walnuts)
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff; add vanilla. Roll crackers to fine crumbs; add all dry ingredients to crackers.
    Mix and fold into egg whites.
    Pour into a greased 9 or 10-inch cake pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cook; cut into squares.
