Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose unbleached flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. cornmeal
2 large eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil or melted margarine or butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Into large bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt (if desired).
Stir in cornmeal and mix well.
In medium size bowl, beat eggs lightly.
Stir in milk and oil until blended. Pour this over cornmeal mixture; stir only until moistened (do not overmix).
