Oriental Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. anise seed
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Preparation

In a small bowl, stir ingredients.
Brush on chicken, pork chops, spareribs or steak during the last 20 minutes of grilling.
