Creole Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken parts
    1 1/2 c. sliced okra
    2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    dash of red pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Broil chicken until lightly browned.
    In large skillet, heat oil.
    Add onion and saute about 3 minutes.
    Add onion and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add tomatoes, pepper and salt and cook, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes.
