Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok.
    Cut steak while frozen into thin strips; cook in wok 2 to 3 minutes.
    Cut pepper and onions into strips; cook with meat 3 to 4 minutes.
    Pour gravy mix and 2 cups water into wok.
    Simmer until thick.
    Serve over rice.
