West Virginia Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    water
    6 c. flour
    1 lb. margarine
Preparation
    Into 1 cup measuring cup, add egg, vinegar and enough water to make 1 cup liquid.
    In a large bowl, mix flour and margarine with a pastry blender.
    Mix liquids and flour all at once.
    Makes 3 to 4 crusts.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; 375\u00b0 until pie is done (45 minutes).
