Carly'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb sausage, browned and drained
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup creamed corn
3 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
1/2 c milk
2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 F till golden brown.
Top with salsa, if desired.
