Uncooked Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    6 large green tomatoes
    6 red bell peppers
    4 large onions
    1 large head cabbage
    6 tsp. salt
    6 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 qt. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Grind vegetables with coarse blade.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain off all juice.
    Cover with sugar, celery seed, apple cider vinegar and prepared mustard.
    Mix all together. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
