Mom'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. canned pumpkin or fresh, cooked
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts (broken)
    1/3 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 75 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven, or until it tests done.
    Let cool and serve.
    Also good with sweet potatoes (cooked).
