Easy Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, diced chicken
    2 c. Pepperidge Farms dressing mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt (omit if you use olives)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chicken broth or 1 c. milk plus 1 c. broth
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento or stuffed olives
    3 Tbsp. chopped celery
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pack in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Serve with hot gravy.
    Freezes well.
    Great for leftover chicken pieces or turkey.
