Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix in a large mixing bowl (2-quart).
    First add soda to buttermilk.
    Mix well with beater.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Add 1 cup flour, salt and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Add other cup of flour; mix well.
    Pour on hot griddle approximately 1/4 cup batter, or more if you want larger pancakes.
    Makes light and fluffy pancakes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
