Jewish Braids - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast or 3 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    7 c. flour
    4 large eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    When it bubbles, add salt, sugar and butter.
    Blend in 3 cups flour and add the eggs.
    Beat thoroughly. Now, add the rest of the flour and mix it in with your hands. Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in a buttered bowl and let rise until doubled.
