Cranberry-Orange Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. granulated sugar
grated rind of 1 orange
1 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
juice of 1 orange plus water to make 3/4 c.
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar and orange rind; mix thoroughly.
Stir in cranberries.
Combine egg, melted butter and orange juice.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended.
