Veggie-Ghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot cooked vegetable spaghetti squash
    1 T. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
    1 1/2 T. snipped chives (or 1 T. chopped onions)
    2 tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 t. fresh oregano, minced
Preparation
    Place the cooked vegetable spaghetti squash in a lightly oiled pie plate.
    Mix the tomatoes, herbs and oil
    and spoon onto the squash.
    Top with cheese and broil until cheese is melted.
