Crunchy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 bag herb stuffing
    1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    2 medium onions, chopped
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook the squash until crisp and tender, about 10 minutes in boiling water.
    Drain the squash and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
    Place in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
