Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. nuts
1 (4 oz.) can baby applesauce
1 (4 oz.) jar baby apricots
1 (4 oz.) jar baby carrots
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and oil; set aside.
Mix flour, spices and soda; add to egg mixture.
Add baby applesauce, apricots and carrots, then mix in nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
