Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked and cooled single crust pie shell
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
    yellow food coloring (optional)
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon lemon juice, rind and food coloring.
    Pour into prepared crust; bake 8 minutes.
    Cool and chill.
    Spread with Cool Whip.
    Garnish as desired.
