Turkey-Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 small onion, peeled and minced
    2 medium cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (16 oz.) jar mild or medium salsa
    1/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
    6 flour tortillas, cut into 1-inch wide strips
    3/4 c. shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
    1/3 c. plain nonfat yoghurt
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic about 5 minutes.
    Add turkey, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, oregano and vinegar.
    Cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
    Stir in the black beans and remove from heat.
