Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8-inch pie shell
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until creamy. Add sugar, flour, melted butter and milk; blend thoroughly.
Fold in raspberries.
Pour raspberry filling into pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until filling is thick. Remove from oven.
Let cool.
Chill in refrigerator. Serve, topped with sweetened whipped cream.
