Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boned (save broth)
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can green chiles
    1 can chopped ripe olives
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Layer ingredients (first 10) with sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
    Put one can of Ro-Tel tomatoes on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
