Breakfast Souffle(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. link sausage, fried
8 slices bread, cubed
1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/4 c. milk
green peppers (optional)
pimentos (optional)
Preparation

Grease a 4-quart pan (13 x 9-inch) or a foil pan (13 x 9-inch).
Add bread, sausage (cut up) and cheese.
Add milk and soup to beaten eggs.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Add green peppers and pimentos (optional).
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
