Black Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. crisco or oleo
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. finely chopped black walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl and beat for 20 minutes, set on high speed
    Add walnuts after mixing.
    Pour into a tube pan, greased and floured.
    Place tube pan in cold oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes until done.
