Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head green cabbage
    1 small head red cabbage
    4 carrots
    3 bunches green onions
    1 c. onion
    2 bell peppers
    1 jar pimientos
    1 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Grate carrots.
    Chop onions and bell peppers. Mix all together.
    Bring to a boil oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour over cabbage, onions, peppers and carrots.
    Let chill for 8 to 10 hours.
