Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded American cheese
Preparation

Add all ingredients, mixing well after each.
Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 in preheated oven.
Add topping and bake 10 more minutes, until topping is golden brown.
